New England, Probably Boston, Massachusetts, Circa 1730-1740


in two parts, the upper section with molded cornice and bolection drawer, over two short drawers, above three graduated long drawers, the lower section with waist molding, over two short drawers, above three short drawers, shaped apron, on cabriole legs ending in pad feet.

Height 71 x width 38 1/4 x depth 22 inches.

Condition
age crack to bolection drawer; with some scattered patches and minor occasional losses to veneer; retains original brass hardware; missing one knee return to back left-facing leg; with some age cracks to side panels, with occasional fill present; with some occasional scratching to front; with some cracks to cornice; no evidence of having drop pendants
